History
Tpm’s history dates back to 1962 when the engineer Gianpaolo Simonelli, purchasing manager for the mechanical and construction sectors at Breda Siderurgica Trafilati, founded Mtp Manufatti Tecnici Plastica in Milan. In the beginning, business was focused on the civil construction sector and, in particular, on plastic parts for load handling.
The company
Created from the union of two companies active in the moulding of technical plastic components and the manufacturing of moulds and mould-holder modules, Tpm has for years held a strong presence in the automotive sector where the use of single-component parts together with conductive metal elements is increasingly widespread.
Services
Tpm produces customized multi-part components in different types of plastic and metallic materials. In addition, the client can rely completely on Tpm thanks to a collaborative design system: when the feasibility study indicates it is impossible to satisfy the client’s request, Tpm also follows up to find a solution.
