Tpm does not have a product catalogue: it produces only projects designed by or together with the client. The specificity of the company thus lies entirely with its technology, its cutting-edge instruments and the manufacturing processes it adopts.

Today the company counts on a diversified machinery offering:

6 horizontal presses for multi-component injection (2K and 3K)

– closing capacity of 80 to 250 TON
– injected material capacity of 0,05 to 500 cm3
These presses, all controlled by a digital processor able to adjust and monitor each process parameter, are used for the processing of technical parts manufactured in a single polymer. They are activated automatically by Cartesian robots.

3 vertical presses for single-component injection

– closing capacity of 110 a 150 TON
– injected material capacity of 10 to 250 cm3
These machines have identical characteristics to horizontal presses but, in addition, are equipped with rotary tablets that allow for the insertion of metallic parts during the chemical moulding cycle so as to ensure energy and cost savings and a reduction in production time.

10 horizontal presses for single-component injection

– closing capacity of 50 to 800 TON
– injected material capacity of 1 to 1600 cm3
Equipped with digital control systems and activated by Cartesian and anthropomorphic robots, these machines are equipped with injection groups made up of from two to four elements. This makes them useful for the manufacturing of parts made up of thermoplastics and rubbers as well as metal parts co-moulded in different phases of the cycle.
